1. Scope
These T&Cs apply to all orders made via our online shop www.asscap.ch by consumers and businesses worldwide.

3. Conclusion of Contract
By completing your order, you make a binding offer. You will then receive an automatic order confirmation via email.

4. Prices & Shipping
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), including statutory VAT.
The price per cap is CHF 34.95.
Shipping is free worldwide.

5. Payment Methods
Payment is securely processed via Stripe (Credit Cards). All transactions are SSL-encrypted.

6. Delivery
Delivery is worldwide, usually within 1–2 weeks after receipt of payment.

7. Returns & Complaints
For orders from the European Union (EU), the statutory right of withdrawal applies within 14 days of receipt of goods. Returns are only possible if the items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The buyer bears the return shipping costs.
For all orders outside the EU (including Switzerland), returns are excluded.
In the case of damaged goods or defective packaging, please send us a photo of the damage and your order number within 14 days of receipt to info@asscap.ch. We will review the case and work to find a suitable solution.

8. Warranty
If a product arrives defective, please contact us immediately with photo evidence. We will carefully review your case and provide a suitable solution.

9. Liability
We are only liable for direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The jurisdiction is Frauenfeld TG, Switzerland.
